David frequently provides commentary to the media on issues related to public relations, communications strategy and branding, in addition to other general topics.

"Given the conversation surrounding his age and the public being worried about his mental state, that performance could have swayed some undecided voters to either vote for Donald Trump or simply not vote at all," David Triana, a consultant for Triana PR, told BI. "Given how members of the Democratic Party are suggesting Biden should step aside and give someone else an opportunity this November, and the media seemingly propping up Gavin Newsom to do just that, I think this crisis reached DEFCON 1."

"Those who support Donald Trump will continue to support him in November, no matter what happens until then. Those that do not, will not," said David Triana, a public relations consultant focused on legal figures. "The question there remains: will they vote for Biden or stay home?"

Many undecided voters are also particularly concerned with a candidate's character, and Trump's refusal to acknowledge responsibility for his crimes could come back to bite him with independents — especially if the Supreme Court grants him broad immunity, Triana said.

This conviction will only elevate Donald Trump’s brand in the eyes of his base. Those that are with him will be even stronger in their support, and those that are not will see him as nothing more than a convicted felon and threat to democracy in America. In essence, his marketing strategy will only get bolder, as evidenced by his remarks today that have triggered threats and calls to dox jurors online.

At the end of the day, his remarks during his initial presidential run where he said, “I can shoot somebody and I wouldn't lose any votes,” have proven to be true. Donald Trump, a convicted felon, is still the favorite to win the 2024 presidential election.

"People are far more willing to be drawn into a court case when they have visuals," said David Triana, a public relations consultant in Orlando, Florida.

"I think not being able to see reactions, in real time, from Donald Trump and other witnesses... has negatively affected the impact that this case should have on the public."

“The worst time to visit amusement parks, as one may assume, is during any holiday period,” said David Triana, a public relations consultant and a former Walt Disney World cast member.

“People are taking time off, families are traveling from all over the world, and there are only so many times throughout the year when these plans can be made,” said Triana.

“From my experience as a Walt Disney World cast member, the busiest times were during Christmas break, Thanksgiving break, spring break, and as a surprise to some, July 4th,” said Triana.

“Anytime there is an ‘event’ attached to an amusement park, it will drastically increase crowd volume and make it a less than ideal time to visit,” said Triana.

“If you’re traveling to Disney World, stay at a hotel off-property,” said Triana. You can save hundreds of dollars on your vacation by staying at a nearby Holiday Inn or similar hotel less than five miles away from Disney property.”

“Some hotels also offer bus service to the parks, which is a nice perk,” added Triana.

“I have always recommended visiting amusement parks during the week, outside of any holiday breaks,” said Triana. “That will usually give you the best chance to have a stress-free time.”

“Saving money at amusement parks has become increasingly difficult due to overall price increases, but there are still a couple of things you can do,” said Triana.

In an exclusive chat with us, PR expert David Triana explains that recent events have only added to a much bigger picture. He said: "His brand has taken hit after hit after hit these past few years. What an incident like this shows is that Kanye West still believes he’s untouchable when he’s not. The only thing he’s succeeding in doing with this behaviour is ruining any chance to be taken seriously in the public sphere."

The Director of Public Relations at Empathy First Media David Triana, knows this subject all too well. “I’ve been working from home since 2020,” he says. His solution for keeping his workspace free of distractions? "I try to keep any miscellaneous items that cause clutter out of my home office, such as mail,” he advises.

For him, ridding a small space of clutter means more than clearing your desk. “If your remote job requires lots of video calls, keeping any sort of vanity items out of view is very important,” he says. “Leaving that in your video background, even with a background filter, can be unprofessional.”

“I think both the state and Disney are suffering from this,” said David Triana, former Walt Disney World worker and Central Florida resident. “Florida is tourism and if you have something that is deterring people from coming here and spending their money, that could hurt both entities as a whole, especially after COVID.”

“I don't think Disney can pack up four parks, two water parks, and a huge shopping center and move it somewhere else or find somebody to buy them out or refurbish it into something completely different,” Triana told the Florida Record. “But, I do think that if DeSantis does not sit down with Bob Iger and come to some sort of consensus, this could hurt both the state of Florida and Disney if people go to Disneyland in California and not Disney World in Florida because of this whole situation."

Triana worked at Disney World until the pandemic shut down the theme park.

"I've been an annual pass holder for many, many, many years and I live just six miles from the park," he said. "It's a place I'm at all the time. So, this whole dispute has been very, very interesting to witness."
